Designed and manufactured with 100% extruded aluminium to provide great strength and rigidity the extruded slat profile is ideal for commercial use or where added strength and security is required. The profile itself has a hollow section and is considerably heavier and stronger than the standard slat profile. In addition to the slat, the guide, or track is deeper and of a thicker extrusion than the standard guide and offers the ultimate protection in commercial security.
The extruded slat profile comes in a number of high quality, fade resistant painted finishes and a clear anodised or mill finish for commercial applications or those that want that industrial look.
The control options are the same as with the Window Roller Shutters. Commercial Roller Shutters can be operated either manually, electrically, with the E-Series Drive System or with a spring loaded shutter curtain and bottom bar locking system.
